Many pundits have observed that America’s infrastructure of roads, bridges, dams, railroads, public transportation, and other structures are in serious need of repair and/or replacement. Of course, the key to this complex financial equation is who will pay for all of it. Proposals include raising the Corporate Tax Rate from its current 21% to 28% and taxing those earning more than $400K per year.
